1. General provisions

Employment agency services are provided within SN Group — grupa firm by a group company entered in the Polish National Register of Employment Agencies (KRAZ) under number 31443.

2. Definitions

• Website — the website available at sngrouphr.com.
• User — a person using the Website.
• Service Provider — the entity indicated in section 1.
• Form — the contact form or application form made available on the Website.

3. Type and scope of services

The Service Provider provides electronic services consisting of making information content available, presenting job offers and enabling contact and the submission of applications through the Forms.

4. Technical requirements

Using the Website requires a device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled.

5. Rules for using the Forms

• The User undertakes to provide true and up-to-date data.
• Submitting a Form requires accepting the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy policy.
• Providing unlawful content is prohibited.

6. Complaints

Complaints about the operation of the Website may be sent to info@sngrouphr.com. A complaint will be processed within 14 days of its receipt.

The rules for processing Users' personal data are set out in the Privacy policy available on the Website.

8. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms; the current version is published on the Website together with the date of the last update.
