2. What data we collect
Through the forms on the website (the contact form and the job application form) we collect the data you provide voluntarily:
- first and last name,
- phone number,
- email address,
- the content of your message and — in the case of an application — the information included in it (e.g. the selected job offer).
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
- Handling enquiries sent through the contact form — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps taken at your request and the controller's legitimate interest).
- Running the recruitment process based on your application — Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR (consent and steps taken prior to entering into a contract).
- Analytics and statistics (including web analytics tools) — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given through the cookie settings).
- Establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients of data
Data may be shared with trusted entities processing it on our behalf, in particular providers of IT infrastructure and hosting, the database provider (Supabase, EU region) and the CRM system (Bitrix24). These entities process data only on our instructions and under data processing agreements.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
As a rule, data is processed within the European Economic Area. If, in connection with the use of analytics or advertising tools (e.g. Google, Meta), data is transferred outside the EEA, this takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Retention period
- Contact form enquiries — until the enquiry has been handled, and then until any claims become time-barred.
- Recruitment application data — for the duration of the recruitment process and, if you consent to future recruitment, until you withdraw that consent.
- Data processed on the basis of consent — until consent is withdrawn.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified, erased or its processing restricted, the right to data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
8. Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies necessary for it to function properly and — only with your consent — analytics and marketing cookies. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page (withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out earlier). Tools used:
- Analytics: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — statistics on visits and how the website is used.
- Marketing: Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — measuring ad effectiveness and ad targeting.
- These tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager. Until you give consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are stored and Meta Pixel is not loaded.
9. Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle your enquiry or consider your application. Without the data marked as required, the form cannot be sent.
10. Changes to this Privacy policy
This policy may be updated. The current version is always available on the website, together with the date of the last update.
